How Thankful am I?

Lovey called me yesterday and asked me what do i think about him being able to go to the shower? I cried. To see my Dad, to see my pregnant Bre, to meet her parents, to see my older brothers new place...so many things. He told me he got his boss to give him buddy passes for the flight. I was touched beyond words. ( He cant travel in the holidays due to him working in the Grocery business)

Well he calls me later and says he cant get the buddy passes and that we need to buy the ticket. I looked and the flight that we wanted direct like $800 so I looked at layover flights and they were only 400$ but like 6-7 hrs flight time-layovers included and I didn't want this but Lovey said there was no way we would pay $800 for a plane ticket. So I remembered reading how to buy you plane tickets after midnight and they are cheaper. I went to blogs and message boards and alot of people said it was a myth. So i stayed up to test this "myth". Well at 12:05 the flight that was 800-1200 a few hours before was $389.00. A direct flight for $389.00 days before the flight is fantastic. So I bought it. And there was rumors that the price drops more at midnight of the airlines main hub timezone. well American airlines would be an hour behind me so after 1am my time and that wasn't true for me. It was 12:05 my time.

I look at the prices this am just to see, the price is up to $514.00 right now, still better than yesterday afternoon but I like that I paid over a hundred less! YaY!

We get to fly out together!!! yay! He gets to stay with me until Monday. I come home on Friday. I cant even begin to tell you how excited am I.

My Dad is not doing well. He is up and walking around but is not all there in the head. Please pray for him.

Great time

It is 8:25pm and Im sitting here blogging and my husband is already home from work.

We went to Holidayfest at 5:30ish-jess, the girls and me. Ronnie and Victoria came with Cooper. Dad was there too. It was so nice. We ate several plates of sample turkey,mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, stuffing. It was all so good. We also ate some apples with caramel...yumyum. We hung out until around 7pmsih when Lovey ubruptly wanted to leave. I wated to wait in line with Jess to get her hubby a sub...I told him to leave but being very tired and a little cranky he said he would wait for me ( I didnt ask, but he insisted) I stand in line and when Im done like 10 minutes later I call and he says (very aggrivated) the truck has arrived with 120 turkeys and he couldnt leave. So I left him there and came home. I thought it would be hours and hours and felt sososoosso bad for him. Well he came home at about 8pm. yayayyayay...he is home and off work for the next couple of days!

Holdiayfest

My husband is a meat manager and so the grocery business during the holidays is crazy for him....Well yesterday was "Shop with a Jock" and so he worked until 6am-9pm. His mom works with him part time, if even that (I think she just likes spending time with him). She called me after she left his store to brag about how awesome he is. It was so wonderful to hear her adore him like I do. I love it. You could hear her smiling through the phone. He got home after 9:30pm and was glowing from a great day. He was so tired but so proud of his work. He then he got back up at 6am to do it all again. He is tired but he is working away and he will be so happy to see all of us tonight. Tonight is " Holidayfest" It is were Publix gives samples of all their holiday food. They have a Santa there. It is alot of fun. He wont be finished till after 10pm.

9 days till I go to Texas for Breannes and DJ's shower.

I dont know if it the awesome weather we are having or what but I feel so amazing. I started my spotting at 9DPO so I dont think Im pregnant and no more drugs till we do
IVF in February. Its a tough one but i have so much peace. I feel good.

I got up this morning and took Loveys shirts to the drycleaners and then went and got me some dunkin donuts coffee...yumyum soooo good.

I changed my playlist so its awesome. Well I think so.:)

My husband had a great time at the race yesterday and came home and was so happy to see me. I told him I was spotting and he just hugged me and cuddled in bed with me...No one can say we didnt try. We have for two years. We are taking the next couple of months off. Hopefully i will be like so many women that get knocked up when they stop trying. HaHa But I have a peace knowing that I am not pregnant for whatever reason. I dont doubt the Lord. He knows what is going on.

We go to Disney in less than a month with the family.

I always loved the quote she had on her blog..."God has plans for you, and one day that plan will call you mommy." and yesterday after 30 cycles of ttc and 2 failed adoptions and an IVF with ICSI..her baby boy Brighton Eligah was born....and is he a cutie!

She posted a video. I really want to share but I have to ask her if I can first.

This week was sooooo busy with work. So good

This week I saw Cooper alot which is fantastic

This week...I dont know what else to write so blahblahblah

We went to the UM vs VT game on Thursday. It was sosososo fun. It was my first UM game and I kinda wanna go ALL THE TIME. The fans are awesome. They cheer so much more than for the dolphins. I loved it. All of it.

Lovey has Nascar tomorrow. I am so happy for him but I miss him. It seems that he always working and on his days off he is still working and when he isnt working, he is running errands...so I miss him.

And yes I do realize that after 6 years I should want to get rid of him, but i dont. He makes me laugh and smile soooo much and we are so cheesy happy.

I have been more sensitive this month, I think. I have been arguing with my brother ALOT lately and I hate it. I want to be a better role model without using words. I go in two weeks to Texas for the shower. I am very excited about it. Its going to be beautiful.

and I think I wanna do a myspace layout change. I have the same one for almost 2 yrs and i want something...very me.

My jess is making my brother and bre's baby a quilt...They are doing brown and pink polka dots for Calleigh.

Well Jess was being WAY to hard on herself and sent me this pic of the quilt just laid out. Nothing is sewn..she was so unsure. I think it looks so amazing. My brother and Bre will love it!

Today Ronnie came over to suprise Lovey and it was really for me because he brought Cooper! I have so many pics. Some from Halloween. It was a great Holiday. Jess's husband went trick or treating with us which was so good because he is honestly the funniest person I have ever met. No wonder Jess adores him so much....

My Dad found out that all the cancer has grown. He is doing one treatment of radiation for the brain cancer and he said he starts chemo again for the lung cancer....we will see how it goes.

I am going to Texas for DJ and Bres shower on Nov 29th. I am also going for the birth from Jan7th to Jan 26th...sosooso excited.

My Dad has withdrawn the offer to buy him out. It got ugly but now it seems for this minute that my Dad is asking advice and being nicer. Its good.

We went last night to the fair. It was Coopers first fair and we had such a great time. He is just so cute and so good.
