Ok, so this was my first month on progesterone as I said before. The Dr. told me to take it 3 days after I gat a positive OPK and then on day 15 DPO take a HPT and if it is negative, discontinue use and in a couple days I will get my period. If it is positive, then continue on till week 12. Well I took a test on 9DPO, 11DPO, 13DPO, and 15 DPO which was this am.....and all BFN's. So I wont take anymore prometrium this cycle...
When I took the free test I got with our preseed, it came up with a line after the 5 minutes time , but there was a line. Then on a dollar test with the same urine, got a line too. We were sure it was sososo early thats why it was light but omg, I was prego. Then I took another test on 11 DPO and negative, and so on and so forth. The RE told me it was just too soon and hadnt really heard of evaps. I had never experienced them because I always use FRER or CBED....so I NEVER get evaps..well we sure did this month. I love how they work for so many women, but I personally wont be using them again..I just cant. What an emotional rollarcoaster we rode...
One a GREAT note. I had no major side effects at all. No sore breast, no pregnancy symptoms. All I had this whole time was very mild cramping only sometimes. On another great note..no spotting. I didnt spot at all. This is the longest cycle ever. I loved it!
So I am going to use my friends Clearlbue Easy Fertility Monitor this month. It will be my first time:)
And off topic. I started monavie this month and I LOVE IT!!!! It makes me feel so good. I thought it was all a bunch of hype, but its not. Its amazing! I dont know if it will help my fertility but it makes me feel so good!
Thats it and thats all.....

Lets Reminisce
I just set up some more songs on my playlist. It brought tears to my eyes. I miss that time in my life when Jess and I were just a bunch a teen girls in biker shorts, tees, and some smelly keds who listen to Rich Mullins and went to youth group. Our sin was when we said Oh my God and therefor thats why we say to this day, "Oh mylanta"
When we were younger I stayed with her for a few weeks on one of the times that my mom through me out of the house....and at night she would tickle my back, listen to Mariah Carey, "Songbook" album and whisper to Tony on the phone for hours. People, I am sure wonder why we are so close...but honestly no one could ever ask for such a non selfish person to be their best friend. She has been there for me when I didn't even want to be there for me. haha
So Jess, thanks. Thanks for being the bestest friend anyone could ask for. Thanks for being there for me through ALL of my life changes. Hopefully a baby will be the next life change...and yes I cant wait to be a mom...but I cant wait for you to be a GREAT Aunt and the girls to have a cutie cousin....

Feeling Great!
When I went to the Dr the last time, when we told him that we didnt want to do more shots yet. I explained we can afford the shots for about $800.00, but having that wonderful ultrasounds 2-4 times a month at $300.00 per time plus bloodwork $80 x 2, and the double IUI at $440 a shot = broke. He understood then suggested taking progesterone because you don't have to be monitored on it. So I am taking progesterone vagi.nall.y. And of course I read MANY blogs and MANY medical findings of all the negative side effects of them. How much they make everyone dizzy, and bloat, and gain weight, ect....Well I have been on the for about 8 days and I feel amazing. I feel better than I normally do without it. Sure it is hella messy and not fun that you co-ordinate s.ex with your husband even when your not ovulating, and yes I do find I am abit more edgy than normal, but I control it. I love how good I feel. Even if I am not prego, I don't want to go off of them to get my period and have all those cramps and blah blah blah.....
Tomorrow I want to go shopping for my ski trip in 19 days. I am need of some cute scarfs and sweats and cold clothes. Seeing how we live in the Amazon okok South Florida isnt the Amazon, but its never cold enough here. Ever.
Sunday I am seeing a friend and that is looooooooooooooong overdue. Her daughter is soo big and she moved away and I haven't seen her beautiful lil girl or her new house and this makes me sad. I cant wait till then.
Today it 10 DPO and no spotting. I am sure its from the progesterone, but it sure is nice:)
And for the record, Lovey is the best husband ever. I love reading other blogs about happy marriages. I love to read how each of the other ladies think their husband is the best one ever. And if this IF journey has done anything for us, it has definitely made us a stronger, better, more lovable couple.

So everyday my spooky does something to make me laugh and a million things that make me smile:) and yesterday i was talking on the phone and walked by the first bathroom and i see something on the floor... no, not poop. Better...tissues everywhere. I looked closer and my spooky has clawed all the tissue out of the tissue box....when you look at each tissue there are lil claw holes in each of them...so cute
Lovey and I havent had a going to sleepy night night pic in awhile..so here we are. I know we are a sight for sore eyes.
Tonight we went to Lowes to sign our contract for kitchen cabinets....Our money tree is officially empty. But we are gonna have the nicest kitchen...I can wait! After that we went to eat at one of our favorite spots, Cracker Barrel. It was so yummy. And I beat Lovey at the peg game... this is his eyes because he knows that i have beaten him....

and i swear i didnt mean to make this face. it just happened and he took a pic to capture my beauty.

They are delivering our cabinets in about 4 weeks. Hoepfully not when we are skiing. Otherwise Jess is going to have to stay on our porch for a week. She can come inside to feed spooky once a day....hahahhahh. They then install them and about 10 days later we will get our granite countertop.
I looooove my husband. He is the sweetest, cutest boy that I have ever met. How did I get this blessed?

a bunch of randomness
So my Amazing & Talented husband is remodeling our kitchen. We are going to have new cabinets/ granite counters installed in 5 weeks. Look at where we are...The old cabinet and squared off bar is now an open wrap around bar we can put stools at.

and this is before.............

Skiing in 28 days! whooohooo!

and this is before.............
BTW, The two liner opk kits are for the birds. They stink to all high heaven. The are expensive and I can never tell if the line is dark enough for a positve or not. Well I bought the happpy face ones for when I thought i had a positive I could confirm with a smiley and I must say...I LOVE THEMMMMMM. They work so well. And for the record when I pull the stick out of the applicator it is NOT two solid lines....so there. haha
This weekend I went to a baby shower. The baby, Brian, was actually born 5 weeks early, so she already has him. Due to his pre-maturity, he didnt come to the shower. I went to see them last week and loved loved loved on him. I felt so blessed. and the mommy made me laugh and laugh. I love laughter.

I dont have any pics from the shower because my Jess had them on her camera, but when i get some Ill post em. It was good times.
Wednesday I went to my sisters n laws ultrasound for her 30th week. I saw lil Allyson. She is so lil and perfect. I cant wait to see this lil one. Our nephew is already so cute..and then a lil girl..hmmm I cant wait to see her!
My other sister in law is sosososo sick. She is 8 weeks pregnant. She didnt get sick until about a week ago. But she is on meds and all...and she just seems so sad all the time. They got their 8 week ultrasound and the baby looks great and the heartbeat was strong. No worries there. They tried to get pregnant for a year and the 12 cycle she finally did. So it gives me faith to keep on tryin.
Skiing in 28 days! whooohooo!

Chin up
This weekend was my friend Christina;s baby shower. I had so much fun. I sat with a girl and her 3 month old son. She had him and her 3 yr old daughter with an "oops". She tells me to stop trying and I will get pregnant. I told her that how so ya stop trying or planning after a year of "when it happens it does" and it doesnt. She couldnt answer me....and then it was that AH HA moment when you realize she was just saying that to say somehting for conversation. I think us girls that are hurting so much to be pregenant are hurt at the mere thought that we arnt doing our part. We get angry that people tell us to relax, or go on vacation...but I reallly think its because the have n0 idea what to say. I dont think I would ever say that to someone but I dont

Laparascopy
OK, I didn't write about my Lap on my LJ because there are not many girls who care about the lap procedure..or so I think....
I went in VERY nervous. It's not everyday that they cut you open. (Almost everyday you get a giant life savor sword stuck up ya, but not cut open) So I go in and they prep me. I tell them I get sick from the anesthesia, so they give me extra anti-nausea stuff. The IV was the worst part. I think she put it in wrong. I don't think I'm a woos about stuff like that. I milk sympathy on other things. HAHA But this hurt so badly. So they take me right into surgery. When I wake up from what I do remember my husband told me that I had a "mild cas of Endo". Before I went under I told my Dr. about a girl who had the high side of normal insulin levels and her Dr said she has PCOS. I asked him if I had it because my insulin is the higher side of normal and he chuckled and said no. So I was relieved. Anyway the anestassia is what kicked my butt. I did not have the bad gas, or the pain in my shoulders everyone talks about. I did have the mild sore throat. My top of my mouth was REALLY sore and had to eat Boston Markets mac and cheese for days. (helped my diet) And my abs were sore in general. I did not get back to normal stuff for a week.
And because I get sad when I am having a symptom and someone doesn't detail their symptom, then I'll wonder if I 'm experiencing the same thing, Ill tell you about my cramps....Well it wasn't like dull throbbing period cramps. It was like a knife in you special place, slicing and dicing kind of cramps. They gave me pain pills but it wasn't so extreme that I had to take them. I did take 2 of them, but I hated how I was so "high".
I went to the Dr. Tuesday of this week and he told me that I did have a mild case of Endo. They did clean it up. He told me a few things....It may return in about 3 years, he would like me to do more injections for a few months, and then move to IVF. Well my money tree has taken a vacation so we don't have the money for more meds, more IUIS, and more wonderful ultrasounds. I told him that we are 30 and everything is normal for us except my progesterone. So we are going to those wonderful suppositories for a few months before jumping back into the meds thing. It took a major toll on me. I don't know women do the IVF protocol. I was a mess from the mini stem...ugg

Surgery last week + no coffee this week = lazy ass
So today i woke up and I thought hmmm. “I’m going to work so hard today.” I guess I forgot about quitting caffeine today…so surgery last week plus no coffee this week = lazy ass. So I ate breakfast which is quite an accomplishment for me…then processed a few orders and read blogs all day. See I have done so much. Haha I am still having cramps though…And the kind that knife in your special place. Um, yeah. So nice. I had no idea that it would be almost a week later and I would still be hurtin…uggg
So today in my not so work productive day i read lots of blogs about ladies that are in the same place as me as far as wanting kidos...loving there husbands and all that. And I have to say that I feel very relieved to know that others are having the same rough time as me. Alot of people have advise for the infertiles...but relax and stop worrying seems to be the most popular. And although anyone who has ever uttered those words only say them from the very kindest spot of their heart...I dont think they realize that you are unable to not worry or stress about it when its been over a year. It was nice reading other funny entries of girls making the best out of the situation and i loved positive people.
Lovey came home with chicken, green peppers, and some wild rice. I made dinner while he attempts to rewire our holy kitchen. Yep, renovations have started. We went and got our loan for the kitchen remodel and he has knocked down our wall. I can’t wait to see it all complete. It will be so beautiful. We then are going to get wood blinds for our house, then put wood floors in the remaining two rooms. I call it the silver lining remodel. If we had babies running around we probably couldn’t have afforded this. …so I think of the positive.
We go the RE dr tomorrow to get a follow-up on surgery. Lovey said that they found a “mild case” of endometriosis. I don’t think it was enough to hinder me from getting knocked up, but who knows.
I got my hair did the other day. I don’t like how he cut it. I look like a girl out of a def leopard video back in the day. I think I have awesome hair so for it to look yucky is not acceptable for me.I am going to try and update more.
