A new day

So I have a lot to say today. But I didn’t want to post about other random crap until I posted pics from the ski trip. This again was amazing!

I got my period today. I started spotting even though I am on prometrium. It was DPO14/15 yesterday and it was some heavy spotting so I stopped the prometrium. I got my full period today. I have left a message for my Dr to see if this is normal or not.

I also spoke to my Dr's nurse the other day because I would like to switch Dr's I think. I feel like it is so drastic to go from IVF not even an option back in August to Lap in Jan which was one of the 3 options I had after 3 medicated cycles. Now he says more injections or straight to IVF. I feel like this is a bit of a rush considering we have both passed all tests with flying colors (except my progesterone which I’m currently taking prometrium for) and he even said I could still get pregnant with low progesterone....so all in all ..Unexplained infertility for 14 cycles. I am not even 31 yet and so I feel this may be a rush.
.....So on the boards over at twoweekwait.com a lady, which lives near me and goes to the same clinic I do, mentioned that she went to a different Dr and loved her. At the new Dr their IVF is sooo much less money and she said that the Dr encouraged her to keep getting acupuncture and agreed with the herbal approach. sooo I emailed her and asked for the info. Well they have a very BIG office, actually 3 of them all about 15-20 years old. So not new and not small, but affordable. So I think I may switch.

LONG STORY LONGER-so I don’t tell the nurse this but I ask for my records and she told me it is always a good idea to keep a set of records on file at home. So yay.

I also asked her if it was weird that ovulated on day 10 which is hella early for me. She said to keep an eye out this next month to see. I told her that I didn’t think I was prego this month because to get prego requires having quality time with Lovey and he had a high fever and so I got NO quality time for 2 days right when I got my peak day on my monitor. Nice huh. So it wasn’t Gods timing this month either.

Also I need to ask her if it is normal not to have any pregnancy signs ever on the progesterone. I have no breast tenderness, no bloatedness, no nausea. I do however have vivid dreams, moodiness, and a lot of painful at times, gas. (not smelly thanks God!)haha

So according to fertilityfriend this is my 19th cycle a bust...but I was out of town for a few months during my "O" time and so I cant count those. Then last month, Lovey being sick...that was a no go....and another 2 different months were a no go on those crucial days too...so fertilityfriend says 19 cycle but I say 13-14 cycles....and I am cassifriend...Im smarter, I know me better....hahahhaah

also for the record I asked my nurse if there is a test for your CM to see if it is hostile and the sperm cant live in it or whatever...and she said there is but it is not reliable and not very scientific. You have quality time and then the next am you go in and they see if the sperm are alive in you. She said they don’t like this because it isn’t accurate and gives people false results. She said my estrogen was perfect at the right time so that means my CM should be perfect too. I told her we use pressed just in case:)
