love it

so today I realize that I have become all work and no play. I kinda realized this in my marriage a little bit ago but my friends and blog have sacrificed too... Not that I am complaining at all but these double session weekends have been hard to say the least....And yes I am still the one doing almost eveything. I take the pics, edit the pics, make most of the appointments, and do all the marketing. So to say I am busy during this time is an major understatement...

but I had to blog about how amazing my house looks....its slowly become a winter wonderland. Its hard not to get giddy. I want to just put on an elf costume..heehee....



so yes, it is the most wonderful time of the year....hands down.

sooooooooooo busy

so i complained on here that my lack of posting was due to the fact that I was tooo busy...So then I prayed and prayed and prayed for my business and asked for it to get busier...then it does and I laugh at the days I "thought" I was busy....Don't get me wrong, I LOVE that my business has picked up and keeps my mind off IF and stalking blogs about IF but ohhhhmyyy so busy....I am still way under the time I promise clients their work will be done...so thats still awesome..

so being so busy I think I have burned my candle too far down...and I got sick...but it was a cold that was a REALLY bad head cold...not coughing for like 10 days, which is longer than I am used to but no coughing so I wasn't worried. Then it almost went away and then the other day my throat started hurting and now I have a very bad "cold" again...and everyday I think Ill be better today and I am not. I went to the Dr and he gave me meds to take. Im hacking alot and I have been by "ohhhmy sick" so they arn't really helping. Yesterday my session was with 2 Dr.'s and they both told me that if by Monday I am not any better then go in again!!!

btw, I listened to the ebook called Love and Respect to help my marriage and I swear its like magic. luv! Lovey and I are back to a good place:)

ok so its our 3rd day at Disney World...and we are sitting in the hotel, which is amazing btw....sitting here...Lovey is sick, coughing up a lung and I am soooo sore and I got a nice big fat blister from walking half the Epcot park in the rain with no shoes (I didnt want to slip)But the food at Teppan Edo was ammmmmmmmmmmazing so it was worth the blister and the walk in the rain....And while we are on the subject...my husband shot way up on the totem poll by not complaining one bit...holding my hand when needed and not rushing me in the rain. I truly fought back the tears. He is my everything...I thank God soooo much for giving him to me.

that is all on top of the fact that I sit here munching on some pop ems...which are mini white powder doughtnuts.yummmmmmmmmmmmmmm. They are my favs..no wonder I cant loose weight hahahahahha...

I feel very blessed.

Bam I did it!

So the last time I left off, I had a wedding to shoot...Well I knew it would be hard workd...but omg tired doesnt even begin to cover it...

now I am editing 4 shoots before Sunday....thats about 70 edited pics each....as of last night, 2 down!!!! yayayyayayayay I'm now putting all the proofs in an adobe slideshow so that people cant steal them....I had two clients not buy them and just take them off my mobileme site....so until I can invest in a better lock and key gallery, these slideshows rock!! This is not what I sell them, it is simply to preview the proofs.....

So today I went about 30 minutes north for a shoot. An old high school friend gave me as a gift at her baby shower for the maternity shoot and the newborn shoot...She said her house is big and clean and dec to the nine...she wasnt lying....it was awesome...

so we get there and I swear she is breathtakingly beautiful. It took them over 2 years to get pregnant then surprise she was....it was a beautiful story..



her husband adores her...can u see why? she is as sweet as she is gorgeous....

I love my job

So the other day Im on a shoot with Cooper for his 2nd bday and we get there and it is sooo flooded but other than that..its adorable...so Im taking pics and all of a suddern my camera stops working and says Error 99...well I try everything, like take off the lens, change the memory card, and change batteries....natta worked.

so I grab Vics point and shoot camera and take the remaining pics because why waist a day...I turn off the flash and go...this is one of the pics from my camera:)



I get home and we try everything to fix it with the consultation of Dr Google. Well nothing works...So I bought a new camera. Yes, I plan on fixing my other one and having it as a backup, but Ive been saying how I want a new one but I dont want to spend the money...well I did....I cant wait to test it!!! and I told my bro how the silver lining is that it will help me take better pics and he says...you already take the best ones sooo it cant help you there!!!! gosh i luv him
